Claire is looking under the tree. She knows that something magical will soon happen there. She won’t be able to sleep that night because of the butterflies in her stomach and something almost as beautiful as the raspberries she collects with her grandmother will appear in the morning.

The Child Artist wonders if he could do something to bring that special day forward but, deep inside, he knows he has to wait.

Pipas is distracted, she doesn’t know what’s happening… she knows something is afoot because the others are excited and she enjoys watching them.
